SHOP POLICIES

PAYMENT Dove Grey accepts payment via major credit cards through third party payment processors. All prices are in $USD.

LEAD TIMES  Each item is made to order and every piece made by hand, the smaller items will ship within 3 days and more complex products may take up to 10 days before they leave our studio. We believe the time and attention that goes into each and every detail will make it worth the wait. Please reconsider your purchase for another time if lead times are an issue.

SHIPPING You will be notified via email with tracking once your package has shipped. Orders ship every week day from Orange County, California except on major holidays.

We ship to the address you provide at time of purchase and we are not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses. Refunds cannot be made due to this.

If you refuse your order and it comes back to us, we will not refund the shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping Fees: $5

Within the USA, we ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Canadian Shipping Fees: $8

International Shipping Fees: $8

We use USPS First Class Package International Service (which typically takes 7-21 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country. We are not in control of shipping delays due to the customs process. 

Packages cannot be marked as GIFT. Item prices are listed at full value to ensure a refund if your item lost.

RETURN POLICY  We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Dove Grey. If for some reason you are unhappy and would like to make a return, please let us know within 7 days and we will issue a store credit for the purchase price once the item is returned. Purchaser bears all shipping costs. Returned items must be in unused/unworn condition and must be returned with original packaging.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we are happy to replace it. Please CONTACT US immediately or email nicola@dovegreyusa.com. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

When an item is being returned we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package is returned to us.

If an item is damaged in transit please contact us to file a claim with the Postal Service. 

All orders with customization are final sale.
